Frequently Asked Questions

  • If your order contains only in-stock items, we'll usually dispatch it within 2 to 3 business days. If there is any delay, I will make sure to reach out to you!

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Once dispatched, Australian deliveries generally arrive within 2 to 7 business days. During Christmas and other holidays, there might be longer delays. Check out the Aus-post website for accurate updates: https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/parcels/speeds-and-coverage

  • Unfortunately, I currently only ship within Australia at the moment. If you want a product shipped internationally please email Claymilkdad@gmail.com to discuss. Just remember, internationally shipping will start at $60 not including Tariffs and other legal fees.

  • Because I make everything by hand, the colours, patterns and placement can vary slightly from piece to piece. That's part of what makes each one unique.

    Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements based solely on variations in the finish described . If your item arrives damaged or has an issue beyond the normal handmade variations described here, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
